Who Can Become a Partner?
If you can bring new clients to The Friendly PARTNER, you can become a partner. Traders, influencers, educators, community leaders — everyone is welcome. You earn a recurring commission on every active client you refer, with no time limit and no monthly minimums.
You don't need to own or subscribe to The Friendly PARTNER to join. The program is open to anyone with a free account — and your partner account stays active whether or not you hold a subscription of your own.

How Does the Commission Work?
Your commission is generated on every paid subscription brought through your link or code — and is paid monthly, for as long as the client remains an active subscriber. It is not calculated during the 29-day trial; it begins from the client's first paid subscription.

The Top 25 Ranking
Partners enter Top 25 exclusively through performance — there is no guaranteed spot.

If a client clicks multiple codes before subscribing, the last code clicked gets credit for the sale. |
The ranking is recalculated on the 1st of each month. The default button (#1) is earned by the person with the most new direct sales from the previous month.
Attribution & Cookie Duration
When a client clicks your unique referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days. During this period the client remains tied to you, and any purchase made within the 30-day window is attributed to your account.

What you can do legally (no license needed)
- Talk to traders you know personally — in person, in private messages, or in closed groups — and recommend The Friendly PARTNER
- Share your unique referral link in private, one-to-one communications
- Engage in trading communities where you are already an active member, as long as you are not broadcasting promotional content to a large audience without a license
- Display your partner link in your personal dashboard and use it when recommending the product to people you know
- Share your personal experience with The Friendly PARTNER through genuine, unpaid conversations within your trusted network
What you cannot do without a license
- Post promotional content about The Friendly PARTNER on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.) to a public audience
- Create paid or sponsored content about the product
- Run advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) promoting The Friendly PARTNER
- Distribute promotional materials in public forums, groups, or channels where you are not engaging in genuine conversation
- Broadcast promotional content to a large audience through any public medium

As a partner, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether you need a license, consult a local legal professional. Our role is limited to providing you with a referral link and tracking your sales — we do not provide legal advice on licensing requirements.
If you are based outside the MENA region, please check your local regulations before promoting The Friendly PARTNER publicly. Many countries outside the MENA region also have similar requirements for promotional content.

Rules and Conduct
Regardless of your commission level, your activity must comply with the following.
What you must do
- Promote TFP using the correct terms: “trading toolkit”, “precision execution panel”, “breakout context detector”
- Always use the correct brand name: “The Friendly PARTNER”
- Submit any custom TFP-branded materials (graphics, video, copy) for approval before publishing
What you may not do

TFP Software FZCO reserves the right to verify client identities against partner records. Suspected violations are investigated before any action is taken.
Exclusion for Deliberate Misconduct
Exclusion is reserved exclusively for deliberate actions that harm The Friendly PARTNER, its clients, or its community — including self-referral, bot traffic, and willful misrepresentation. Upon exclusion:
- Your referral link and code are deactivated immediately
- All accrued and future commissions are forfeited
- Re-joining the program is permanently prohibited
- Your subscription may be canceled at TFP's discretion
Exclusion is always preceded by an investigation. TFP Software FZCO does not act unilaterally without verified evidence.
Partner Communication & Legal Notice
Each partner has a Partner Page within the dashboard. All communication with TFP Software FZCO — tracking, payouts, or technical issues — is conducted through this page.
By participating in this program, you acknowledge that:
- You are acting as a marketing referrer, not a software seller
- You have no authority to negotiate prices, accept payments, or modify terms
- You will not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or legal representative of TFP Software FZCO
- All client disputes and support requests must be directed to TFP Software FZCO, not to you
